Ethiopian Youth Leadership & Diplomacy Academy a program that is  designed to empower young people. It empowers young people with  knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to become effective leaders and responsible global citizens. Through practical training, mentorship, and interactive learning experiences, participants develop leadership, communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills that prepare youths for personal, academic, and professional success.

The program provides a platform for youth to engage in meaningful discussions on leadership, diplomacy, governance, civic responsibility, and sustainable development.
